As part of the initiative, Catator has implemented and integrated a project management system with the company’s CRM and accounting systems. The integration connects project execution, customer management, and financial follow-up within a unified digital structure.
This strengthens internal workflows, improves transparency across projects, and enhances coordination between commercial and financial processes. The result is a more efficient and scalable operational platform to support Catator’s continued growth.
