Auditor

The Company’s auditor is appointed at the Annual General Meeting to review the annual report, accounts, and the management of the Board of Directors and CEO.

At the 2025 AGM, Ernst & Young AB (EY) was elected as auditor through the end of the 2026 AGM, with Authorized Public Accountant Martin Henriksson serving as auditor in charge.
