Robert Häggblad to join Catator as R&D Director
We are delighted to share the news of Robert Häggblad joining Catator as R&D Director effective February 2024
Robert has spent a considerable part of his career at Johnson Matthey, where he held the position of Manager of R&D Catalyst since June 2015. His expertise in catalyst development for selective oxidation processes, particularly the Formox process, has been instrumental in his previous roles.
Before joining Johnson Matthey, Robert was an Associate Specialist at Formox AB. His work encompassed catalyst development and optimization, plant control and optimization, selective oxidation of methanol, and total oxidation catalysis.
Robert holds a PhD from Lund University, with his research focusing on selective oxidation of mixed metal oxides, propane and propene ammoxidation, and selective oxidation of methanol.
His expertise will be a significant asset to Catator as we continue to innovate and expand. Please join us in extending a warm welcome to Robert Häggblad.
