Janina Avila appointed as Catator’s new CFO

At Catator, we have a unique opportunity to reduce the climate footprint and develop and promote zero-emission energy solutions globally. Catator also gives me the opportunity to be part of the development of cutting-edge technology and to collaborate with experts in clean energy.

Personally, I believe it’s crucial for a company to promote healthy values and workplace equality, something which Catator excels at. We currently have several open positions, and I would love to see more women apply, to ensure further development towards an even more balanced and diverse workplace. It’s always a challenge in technology companies to achieve gender diversity, but Catator is really putting in the effort and I’m convinced we will get there sooner rather than later!

In her new position, Janina will be an important part of driving Catator’s business development and growth, aiming at a turnover of 1 billion by 2035.
